After the humans wiped out most of the wolf population in Ireland, the wolves fled to a disclosed location, untouched by the bipedal monsters.

The Forest

The Forest is mostly made up of vast and dense woodland, upon first look seeming surreal and calm. The trees are large and full, seeming to have been meticulously placed, with vines creating intricate and ornate barriers between them in some places, or just climbing up into the canopies. A small stream runs through the depths, meandering in each way it possible can, filled with harmless fish and neighbored by traveling critters.

The Threshold

The Threshold is a large mountainous expanse that reaches its dizzying heights a few ways away from the inner area of the Eternal Lands, curling around the forest and fields, serving as somewhat of a barrier. It stretches far and wide, with tundra grasses and pine trees dotting the landscape, leading to small lakes and ponds. Bighorn sheep and mountain goats can be seen climbing the massive boulders and cliff faces, as well as grazing in some of the meadows surrounding the rocky expanse. Hunting them, however, takes skill. It's more rocky and open than The Forest and holds a bit of a sinister reputation, but is quite abundant in resources.
