After the humans wiped out most of the wolf population in Ireland, the wolves fled to a disclosed location, untouched by the bipedal monsters.

Welcome to the roleplay! Here is a quick rundown of what this place is and how to get started playing here.

 Who are we?
The Eternal Forest Pack is a structured, linear roleplaying forum. We are part of the canine roleplay genre and are set in a fictional location where life in the wild is difficult, made more so due to nature's ever-present threats. The purpose of the roleplay was to bring back the small community feel of old linear roleplays. It was created to foster creativity and cooperation in a relaxed, slower environment, but also keeping aware of a realistic timeline and pacing. The Eternal Forest Pack is meant to be cooperative fiction, instead of having a glorious, encompassing plot. The will to survive, however, is distinct, deep-rooted, and pressing.
 How to get started
We've created a simple set of guidelines to help you get started playing with us.
  1. If you are new to play by post roleplay or canine roleplay, then visit our New To Canine Roleplay guide. You'll find all of the information you need to get started in this genre and this roleplay's structuring!
  2. Read the rules. Much of the rules pages are really just guidelines to help you play along, rather than hard set in stone rules. The majority of rules we have are bendable if it allows players to have more fun.
  3. Read the setting page. The first page is an overall description of the area and will help you get an idea of where the game takes place.
  4. Register an account on the forums. Remember that your username should be the name of your character, and should not include numbers or special characters. This applies to each and every additional character you may register with. Remember, always inform one of your site admins before making those extra characters, as it helps us keep track of who's who.
  5. Once you've registered, create a biography in this thread. It really doesn't matter how it looks. If it's plain or decorated in HTML, we don't really mind. In all honestly, we just need a quick run down of your character, however, we greatly appreciate some effort. In your biography, you're asked to run over your character's name, gender, age, species, desired rank (which can also be filled out in your profile if preferred), physical appearance (can be provided with pictures), overall personality, love life (if there's any), and history, which is optional if you wish to save that for roleplay.
  6. Once you finished your biography, including taking it off the "WIP" tag, you must for a staff member to look over it. We may ask for some minor changes to flesh out your character, but don't be afraid to ask for help! Once you've been accepted and your biography has been moved to the right place, you're free to begin roleplaying.
